Terms And Conditions |
|
(Please make sure that you have read all the terms and conditions before to sign and submit the admission form).
- Minimum age should be must 16 or over to get the admission in the college.
- A Registration Fee £25. (non-refundable) is must required.
- Once a student receives the admission confirmation/offer letter from the college, he/she is bound to pay tuition fee to the college mentioned in the Offer Letter.
- All tuition fee must be paid prior to the commencement of classes in full. At the discretion of the Principal, you may be allowed to pay in instalments.
- All bank charges will be paid by the students and will be not part of tuition fee.
- Tuition fee is non-refundable or transferable if the student gets the visa.
- Tuition fee is refundable only subject to following conditions:
- College will refund the entire deposited amount except £100. (Administration Charges).
- If the student gets the refusal of visa. Student will provide original REFUSAL LETTER issued by the British High Commission / Embassy.
- If student goes further for the appeal after the refusal of visa, refund will not be made until unless the outcome of the appeal is not finalised.
- Student will provide all the original letters and receipts of the deposited fee issued by the college.
- Student may transferred to another course with in the college subject to permission from admission committee and additional fee may be payable.
- In the case non attendance or failure in examination, the student will pay the appropriate resit examination fee.
- Pathway College reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course, if there is insufficient demand. If the course for which an application is made is cancelled for whatever reason, students will be offered an alternative course or a refund of fees. The college reserves the right to change the times of the courses, and to make changes in regulations, syllabus, fees, etc. without prior notice.
- This is the student’s responsibility to make sure that external examination entries are submitted in time to the appropriate examining body and the Registration/Examination fees for Examinations Boards are fully paid.
- Overseas students on a student visa are required to attend a full-time course of a minimum of 15 hours per week day-time study. The college is unable to provide attendance certificates to students whose attendance in class is less than 85%. Absences through ill health must be supported by a Medical Certificate.
- The college will not facilitate any student who is in breach of the Immigration Rules. If a student is required by the Home Office to leave the U.K. because of non/poor attendance, or due to any breach of law, tuition fees paid will not be refundable.
- The students should be aware that books and accommodation are not included in tuition fee.
